“What do you think is the most promising tool to enhance brain longevity?”
If you’ve been around here for a while you know that I’m not a big fan of unrealistic protocols or expensive gadgets.
I’m all about the basics for brain performance: sleeping 8 hours, eating nutrient dense food, exercising, minimizing stress, connecting socially, etc.
But if I had to pick something besides the basics it would be this.
This particular tool has been on my radar for the past few years thanks to my former colleague Dan Krawczyk, PhD.
