We’re all using AI more than ever — for writing, brainstorming, or managing daily tasks.

Tools like Chat GPT can save time and be extremely helpful, but the more we engage with AI the more intentional we need to be about how it’s shaping our thinking.

As I said in last week’s newsletter (4 Ways Technology is Changing Your Brain) I’m not anti-technology.

I’m pro-awareness.

As a cognitive neuroscientist, I’ve been thinking about how you can use ChatGPT more mindfully so your brain stays sharp, creative, and connected.

Here are 4 common mistakes to avoid + what to do instead.
