Sometimes I feel stressed about being stressed because I know how harmful it can be – not helpful, I know.

But like most things in life, stress isn’t black and white.

It’s more of a bell curve and there’s a sweet spot where stress is helpful for brain health.

The technical term for this is hormesis.
