I work in a hospital. Twice a day, in between racing round seeing patients, I grab my cup and walk down a quiet corridor to the cafe, chat to my friends who staff the cafe and walk back to my desk with a coffee. I will no longer feel guilty for doing this but view it as a recharge ☺️ 🙏🏼
I’ve always known that I think more clearly first thing in the morning… now I know why.
I also enjoy laying down & closing my eyes for 15 mins, midday. Knowing that that behavior is productive and not lazy if very eye opening!
a short meditation helps me

YES
Thank you for validating my one-minute walk to a café, sitting outside, and staring at the sky instead of being "productive."
I love these examples. Those very things are what help you to ultimately be more productive!
yeah! I feel a little more ready to write now
This is on point! I love going on walks without my phone. Gives me the space to simply be.
I like setting a timer for 15 minutes every 45 minutes to take breaks.
That's a great practice!
